Why I Care

Working as a registered nurse, I saw first-hand how often we treat illness after it develops rather than supporting health before problems arise. That experience shaped the way I approach nutrition today.

I care deeply about helping women feel well, energised and supported in their everyday lives, not just when something goes wrong.

I believe food is one of the most powerful tools we have to support long-term health, recovery, performance and overall wellbeing.

My Philosophy Around Food

I know what it feels like to be caught in diet culture — obsessively counting calories, restricting foods, then swinging into guilt or bingeing. I’ve lived in that cycle, and I also know it’s possible to step out of it.

My focus is on nourishment rather than restriction.

Food fuels our bodies. It supports performance and recovery. It gives us the energy to show up for training, work, family, friends and the moments that make life meaningful.

But food is more than nutrients.

It is connection.
It is culture.
It is enjoyment.
It is part of how we celebrate, gather and care for one another.

Health is shaped by many factors — access, education, culture, environment, stress and life demands — not simply motivation or discipline. My work reflects this bigger picture, supporting clients with practical, realistic strategies that fit their lives.

Nourish Foundations Session

This in-depth consultation provides a comprehensive review of your current nutrition, health history, lifestyle and activity patterns.

We explore how your intake is supporting or limiting your energy, recovery and goals, and identify what needs to change to move you forward.

You will leave with a clear, structured nutrition plan tailored to your lifestyle, preferences, activity levels and goals.
